These Terms & Conditions explain how we operate and your rights when purchasing from zenoaco.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product from us.

A contract is formed once your order has been dispatched and you receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

Payment is not authorised

Fraud is suspected

There is a pricing or technical error


3. Pricing & VAT

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

Where applicable, prices include VAT.

Any delivery charges are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


4. Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time:

Processing: 1–3 business days

Transit: 6–9 business days

Estimated total delivery time: 7–12 business days

Orders are processed and shipped by our fulfillment partners. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs processing or courier operations.


5. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods.

After cancelling, you must return the goods within 14 calendar days.

 

For change-of-mind cancellations:

Items must be unused and in original packaging

You are responsible for return postage

Refunds are issued within 14 business days of receiving returned goods.


6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a remedy if goods are faulty, not as described, or damaged.

If reported within 30 calendar days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund.

We will cover reasonable return shipping costs in these cases.

After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement in accordance with UK law.

Your statutory rights are never affected.


7. Hygiene-Sealed Products

For hygiene and health protection reasons, sealed products cannot be returned once opened unless faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under UK consumer law.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
