1. Who We Are

Zenoa is a UK limited company registered in England and Wales.

Support Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 (GMT)


2. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product from us.

A contract between you and Zenoa is formed once your order has been dispatched and you receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

  • Payment is not authorised
  • Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected
  • There is a pricing, stock or technical error

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded where applicable.


3. Pricing & VAT

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

Where applicable, prices include VAT.

Any delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.


4. Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Processing: 1–3 business days
  • Transit: 6–9 business days

Estimated total delivery time: 7–12 business days

Orders are fulfilled by our logistics partners. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or other external factors beyond our control.


5. Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods.

After cancelling, you must return the goods within 14 calendar days.

For change-of-mind returns:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

We will refund the cost of the goods once the return has been received and inspected.

Refunds are issued within 14 business days of receiving the returned items.


6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a remedy if goods are:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Not as described
  • Incorrect

If reported within 30 calendar days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund.

We will cover reasonable return shipping costs in these cases.

After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement in accordance with UK law.

Your statutory rights are not affected.


7. Hygiene & Safety Products

For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain products (including cosmetic, skincare and body care items) cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under UK consumer law.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, customs processes, or technical issues.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
